PrivacyPolicy
What Breedo Enterprises collects when you buy from any of our brands, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who this policy is from: Breedo Enterprises owns and operates Hunk Alley, Breedo Way and Article 78 Justice. All three are trading names of Breedo Enterprises. This policy applies to every order placed on any of them, and Breedo Enterprises is the seller of record in each case.
1. Who we are
Breedo Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
We own and operate three brand storefronts: Hunk Alley, Breedo Way, Article 78 Justice. This policy applies to this website and to all three of those storefronts. When you buy from any of them, Breedo Enterprises is the seller and the controller of your data.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order details — your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and telephone number.
- Account details — if you create an account, your email address and a password we store only in hashed form.
- Correspondence — the content of messages you send us, including anything you attach.
- Marketing preferences — whether you have asked to receive email from a particular brand.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system and referring page.
- Usage data — pages viewed, items viewed and the route you took through the site.
- Cookies — see section 7 below.
Payment information
We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Card details are entered directly into a secure form hosted by our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, and are transmitted straight to them. We receive only a payment confirmation, the last four digits of the card, the card brand and the billing name and address needed to verify the transaction.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- take, process, charge for and deliver your order;
- send you order confirmations, dispatch notices, delivery updates and refund confirmations;
- answer your questions and handle returns and complaints;
- detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;
- meet our legal obligations, including tax, accounting and consumer law requirements;
- understand how the site is used so we can improve it; and
- send you marketing email, but only where you have asked us to.
Our legal bases
- Performance of a contract — processing your order and providing customer support.
- Legal obligation — keeping transaction and tax records for the period the law requires.
- Legitimate interests — preventing fraud, securing the site and improving our products, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — marketing email and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside the country in which you live. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on an adequacy decision covering the destination country, or on standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authority, together with appropriate technical safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records — kept for the period required by tax and accounting law in our country of registration, typically six to seven years from the end of the relevant financial year.
- Account details — kept while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days of you closing it.
- Support correspondence — kept for up to three years after the matter is resolved.
- Marketing consent records — kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Access — ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate information corrected.
- Erasure — ask us to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep.
- Restriction and objection — ask us to pause or stop certain processing.
- Portability — receive your information in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.
- Complain — to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, write to hello@breedoenterprises.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first so we do not disclose your information to someone else.
9. Security
This website and all three brand storefronts are served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate. Payment pages are hosted by Stripe and PayPal, both certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Access to order data inside the company is limited to the people who need it, and passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them regularly.
10. Children
Our storefronts are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes or the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or by a prominent notice on the site before it takes effect.
12. How to contact us
